These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ResistX mobile application and the qorsi.com website, operated by Qorsi Pty Ltd ("Qorsi", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using ResistX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ResistX is a fitness tracking and analytics application designed for resistance training. The app allows users to log workouts, track body measurements, analyse training data, and receive personalised insights to support their training goals.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or any related systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or extract data from the service.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, software, and materials associated with ResistX and Qorsi are the exclusive property of Qorsi Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our services without prior written consent.

6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

ResistX is a fitness tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or certified fitness professional before beginning any new exercise programme or making changes to your training. Qorsi does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You use the app and act on any information provided entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qorsi Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Warranties Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or to Qorsi. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of ResistX after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
